Short Term Skilled Nursing
Many MPAC patients are at the beginning of their recovery journey—well enough to leave the hospital, but not quite well enough to return home. Short-term skilled nursing care can bridge that gap for a few days or a few weeks.
Long Term Skilled Nursing
Long-term care includes skilled nursing and assistance with daily activities. Most MPAC patients elect for long-term care when they are incapable of managing their health independently. Residents get support with tasks like walking, eating, bathing, and dressing, as well as medication management, counseling services, and access to social activities.
Hospice Residents
When MPAC residents are in the final phase of a terminal illness, hospice care ensures their comfort and quality of life. Our team works hard to help every hospice resident live each day as
fully as possible.
